Telehealth Appointment:
How to Schedule

Read the directions below for detailed steps on how to schedule your telehealth appointment. After reading the instructions, click this button to begin scheduling.

 Step 1:

Create Your Account

Once you have clicked on the "Schedule Appointment Here" button, you will be redirected to our partner, XpediCare's, sign in page. You will first need to create your account, by clicking the button shown the photo.

Step 2:

Complete Account Setup

You will then be directed to a new form, where you will fill in your information to create an account with our partner, XpediCare.

Step 3:

Log In To Your Account

Once you have created your account, this welcome screen will appear. The email address and password you used when creating your account will be shown. Then press "Log in to your account" to continue.

Step 4:

Confirm Your Location

You will then need to choose the state with which you reside to match you with a licensed provider for your area. Once you have chosen your state, click the blue button saying "I am in *your state*. "

 Step 5:

Choose Appointment Date

You will now be directed to schedule an appointment date. Click the dropdown menu under "Appointment Date" and select your desired day.

Step 6:

Choose Appointment Time

After selecting an appointment date, you will now choose a time to meet with our physician. Times are given based on the physician's availability.

Step 7:

Reason For Visit

Once you have chosen your appointment time, you will be asked to select the reason for your visit. Scroll to the bottom of the drop down menu and choose "Other."

Step 8:

Enter Your Visit Reason

You will then need to clarify the reason you are scheduling an appointment. In the box that says "Enter Your Visit Reason" type "Weight Loss Medication."

 Step 9:

Enter Southside Family Pharmacy

You will then be asked to enter the "Pharmacy Name and Address." You will type our sister company, "Southside Family Pharmacy" in this box.

Step 10:

Consent to Treatment

You will now click the drop down arrow beside "Consent to Treatment." A Terms and Conditions page will show for you to read through. Once finished reading, check the box stating "I acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Consent To Treatment as stated above."

Step 11:

Create Appointment

Once finished with the above steps, you will now click the blue button stating "Create Appointment."

Step 12:

Complete Payment

Once your appointment has been created, you will then need to complete your payment information. The doctor's visit will be $39 and will subtracted from the starting cost of your medication.

How to Cancel/Reschedule an Appointment:

If for any reason you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, return to your appointment confirmation page and click the trash can icon. From there, you will be able to click "Cancel Appointment."

 

To reschedule, you can cancel your original appointment time and select another date/time as you did before.
